The founders behind the relationship.

Eric Roper

Eric brings over two decades of experience in residential construction, project management, and property oversight. He has managed complex renovation projects across Middle Tennessee, from full home remodels to structural repairs and high-end custom builds.

His background spans general contracting, subcontractor management, and owner representation — giving him a firsthand understanding of how projects succeed and where they break down. Eric's role at VAVAREO is to ensure that every property under management receives the same disciplined oversight he would apply to his own home.

Eric lives in the Nashville area with his family and has spent his career building relationships with the tradespeople and professionals who make up the VAVAREO vendor network.

Buddy Ladd

Buddy has spent his career in client relationship management, business development, and service delivery across multiple industries. He brings a systems-oriented approach to client experience — focused on clear communication, consistent follow-through, and building the kind of trust that comes from doing what you say you will do.

At VAVAREO, Buddy serves as the technology lead working closely with both customers and internal members to ensure the best product is put forward.

Buddy lives in Franklin and has deep roots in the communities VAVAREO serves. He co-founded VAVAREO because he saw a genuine gap between what homeowners needed and what the market was offering.
